Birgunj: As per the decision of the central office-bearers' meeting of JSP, JSP Parsa has staged a protest program at Ghantaghar in Birgunj today vocalizing that the constitution is incomplete. Janata Samajwadi Party Parsa has taken out a protest rally from Ghantaghar this afternoon to protest against the incomplete constitution.
